K & K International Inc has been selling containers out of its Rosedale yard since 1994, and it sorts every box into five named grades. You get one-trip, blemished one-trip, cargo-worthy, and two tiers of used, with the wear spelled out on each. Most yards serving Delaware just say new or used and leave you guessing. Dale's Cans and Keystone Containers are the only other suppliers in the state that publish real grade language. K & K also puts each unit online with its own photo and its own price. Trucks are theirs and drivers are theirs, and they haul to all three Delaware counties. A 20,000 square foot shop on site handles doors, windows, and HVAC work.

Ark Container Rentals is one of only two suppliers that will haul a box all the way down to Sussex County, and K & K International Inc is the other. Most yards serving Delaware stop around Wilmington or Dover, so the beach towns get left out. Ark names Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey, and Bethany in its own coverage. The fleet runs past 1,500 containers across two New Jersey yards. They also stock 45ft units. Picorp, Inc. Baltimore is the only other supplier in Delaware carrying that length. Schneider Trailer & Container has run the same Newark lot since 1970, and it is one of only two container yards sitting on Delaware soil. Brooks Container Rental & Services, Inc. in Middletown is the other. Everyone else selling into this state trucks in from Maryland, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. That matters when you want to walk the lot and put your hands on the box before you buy it. What Schneider sells are retired units off its own rental fleet, so stock moves in and out and the condition varies. Call and ask what is set aside. They run their own rollbacks and tilt-beds, and they will cut in man doors, roll-up doors, and windows on a unit you buy.

Atlantic Trailer Leasing keeps around 500 ground-level containers on a 25 acre terminal in Vincentown, and it is employee owned, which no other supplier working Delaware can say. Buyers should know the honest shape of it. Trailers are the bigger half of this business, with roughly 1,700 road trailers on the same lot, so containers are the second product rather than the whole show. What you get in return is depth and a real repair shop on site. They run their own drivers into northern and central Delaware. One gap worth naming. Atlantic does not publish grades, so ask directly whether a used box is cargo-worthy or just wind and water tight before you commit.

Brooks Container Rental & Services, Inc. has worked out of Middletown since 1988, which puts its yard right at the New Castle and Kent county line. That is the furthest south any container yard actually inside Delaware sits. Schneider Trailer & Container up in Newark is the only other one, and everybody else hauls in from out of state. Brooks sells new and used boxes and runs its own trucks under an active DOT number, so the delivery is not handed off. The range is narrow. You get 20ft and 40ft standard and double door units, plus smaller 8ft, 10ft, and 16ft boxes. No modification work here, and no published grades, so ask what condition you are buying.

Picorp, Inc. Baltimore works a 40 acre container terminal off I-95 and has been at it since 1981. The stock goes past the usual dry boxes. They carry flat racks and open tops, and Dale's Cans and Interport are the only other suppliers in Delaware stocking those. They also run reefers and 45ft units. The modification work is deep too, covering roll-up doors, HVAC, lighting, shelving, and full repaints. Their own trucking division makes the run into Delaware. Two things to weigh. Picorp leans wholesale, so a buyer wanting one box may not be the target, and the company publishes no condition grades at all. Ask for photos and a straight answer on the wear before you send money.

Dale's Cans spells out its grades the way a buyer needs, listing one-trip, cargo-worthy, wind and water tight, and as-is with a plain description of each. Only K & K International Inc and Keystone Containers do the same across Delaware. Most yards here say new or used and stop there. Dale's also does its own cutting and welding, adding windows, doors, vents, electrical, and full interiors. Know the limit on reach. The yard is in White Marsh, and its Delaware coverage runs to New Castle County and the top of Kent. Newark, Middletown, Smyrna, and Hockessin are in. The beaches are not.
