ContainerMondo is a network of verified shipping container suppliers. We list them, help you compare them, and connect you with the ones serving your area. The supplier you choose manufactures, owns, stores, sells and delivers the container, and every transaction, contract and agreement is made directly between you and that supplier, with ContainerMondo outside it.
Any purchase, payment, delivery, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the supplier you choose. We do not guarantee that any supplier will offer a particular price, product, or service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Quotes & supplier matching
When you submit a quote request, you authorize ContainerMondo and its quote partners to share your request with matched suppliers, and you authorize those suppliers to contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request, including with automated technology where permitted by law.
Quotes and estimates provided through the platform are not binding offers. Final pricing, availability, and terms are set by the supplier and may change. You are under no obligation to buy.
5. The ContainerMondo Score
The ContainerMondo Score is an informational rating we create using public ratings, verified business details, and other factors. It is provided to help you compare suppliers and is our opinion only. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any supplier, and it should not be your only basis for a decision. We may change how the Score is calculated at any time.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use the platform only for your own legitimate purposes, and to evaluate suppliers and their offers independently before entering into any transaction. You are responsible for your communications and dealings with any supplier you contact through the platform.
7. Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its servers;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems;

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContainerMondo and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any transaction with a supplier — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContainerMondo and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any supplier.
